1 onion, roughly chopped | |
2 celery stalks, roughly chopped | |
2 carrots, roughly chopped | |
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese | |
2 lbs lean ground turkey | |
1 tsp salt | |
1/3 tsp black pepper | |
2 tbsp clean ketchup (see recommended brands below) |

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk; set aside.
