Ingredients

100 gr unsalted butter
65gr brown sugar
70gr white sugar
2 eggs
1Tsp vanilla extract
200gr all purpose flour
½tbsp baking soda
200gr chocolate bar chopped into bits

Directions

Heat the oven to 320°F
Mark as complete
2.

Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla, mix thoroughly using a mixer
Mark as complete
3.

Once combined, add flour and baking soda, mix it again with chocolate bits and a pinch of salt
Mark as complete
4.

Take a scoop of dough, spread it across the trays, make sure it has enough spaces in between
Mark as complete
5.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edge is crispy
Mark as complete
6.

Let cool for at least 10 minutes on cooling rack
Mark as complete
