1 cup milk (dairy, almond, oat, or any preferred type) | |
½ cup Fage yogurt (for extra creaminess and protein) | |
1-2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste) | |
1 tablespoon Zen Basil Seeds (soaked for 5-10 minutes in water beforehand) | |
A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a colder shake) |
Directions

Soak the Zen Basil Seeds in water for 5-10 minutes while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
